About the Job:

MANCHURIN WALA is looking for a responsible Restaurant Manager to handle daily outlet operations and team management.

Responsibilities:

* Restaurant opening & closing

* Staff management & attendance

* Purchase of vegetables, grocery & packaging

* Stock & wastage control

* Daily sales/cash/UPI checking

* Customer handling

* Kitchen & service coordination

* Maintaining cleanliness and food quality

* Daily reporting to owner

Requirements:

* Restaurant/F&B; experience preferred

* Good leadership & communication

* Able to manage staff independently

* Responsible and hardworking

* Ready to relocate to Mumbai

* Long-term work commitment
