About the Role

AuraDevOps.online provides digital marketing services to small and growing businesses, primarily across the USA, including salons, roofing companies, and other local businesses.

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Associate to help us identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and schedule qualified meetings with our manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential business leads in the USA.
- Send 80–100 targeted emails per day to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and encourage interested prospects to connect with our manager.
- Schedule meetings with interested and qualified prospects.
- Maintain and regularly update lead information in Google Sheets.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and scheduled meetings.
- Follow the company's lead-generation and outreach processes.

Monitoring & Selection Period

Selected candidates will initially undergo a 1–2 week monitoring and evaluation period.

During this period, candidates will be expected to demonstrate their ability to consistently generate and engage with qualified leads. As part of the evaluation, the candidate should aim to convert approximately 2–3 leads into qualified prospects/meetings during the monitoring period.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Quality and quantity of leads researched.
- Consistency of 80–100 daily emails.
- Quality of email communication and follow-ups.




- Ability to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Conversion of approximately 2–3 leads during the monitoring period.
- Ability to schedule qualified meetings with the manager.
- Accuracy and consistency of Google Sheet updates.
- Overall professionalism, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.

Candidates who successfully meet the required performance expectations during the monitoring period will be formally selected and provided an offer letter for the position.

Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients/prospects in the USA.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and email.
- Ability to research businesses and identify potential leads.
- Good organization and time-management skills.
- Consistent and self-motivated, especially in a work-from-home setting.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, cold emailing, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
