What would you do? • Own the global Reporting and Analytics process, driving standardization, data governance, automation, AI adoption, and transformation while enabling consistent reporting and self service analytics across regions.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Master Data Management (MDM) • Secondary skill - Reporting Analytics • 10 to 14 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence • Experience owning and transforming global processes • Strong expertise in data governance, reporting operations, analytics,



and automation • Robust stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills • • Reporting and Analytics Process Ownership • Data Governance and Master Data Management • Dashboard, Reporting, and Self Service Analytics • Reporting Standardization and Control Frame
Roles and Responsibilities: • Define reporting standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating processes • Lead report portfolio rationalization, data quality improvement, and master data governance • Drive automation, AI adoption, self service analytics, and reporting transformation initiatives • Establish and govern a single source of truth across reporting and analytics processes • Partner with business, delivery, technology, and client stakeholders to drive adoption and change • Lead process improvement, training, capability development, and governance compliance across teams • Act as the global authority for reporting processes, analytics standards, and transformation outcomes • Operational KPIs • Process Standardization and Adoption • Self Service Adoption • Data Quality and Governance • Single Source Coverage • Transformation Delivery • Execution KPIs • Reporting Cycle Time Reduction • Automation and AI Adoption • Data Issue Resolution • Process Improvement Delivery • Standardization Milestones
