KOLKATA HIRING | INTERIOR DESIGNER – MODULAR KITCHEN & WARDROBES

North Willow Consulting is hiring for a renowned multinational furniture retail brand.

Rajarhat, Kolkata
Up to ₹45,000/month in hand + incentives
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred age: Below 30 years

QUALIFICATION

Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or a related discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions
- Prepare layouts, elevations, working drawings and 3D presentations
- Conduct site visits, measurements and space planning
- Understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Prepare BOQs, estimates and material specifications
- Coordinate with production and installation teams
- Attend showroom customers and support sales conversions
- Coordinate with dealers and support business opportunities
- Manage customer relationships from enquiry to project handover

REQUIRED SKILLS

- AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- SketchUp/KD Max/3ds Max
- Modular-kitchen and wardrobe designing
- Rendering, BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Material, finish and hardware knowledge
- Site measurement and space planning
- Customer handling and consultative-sales skills




- MS Office and documentation
- Good communication in Bengali, Hindi and English
- Professional, presentable and customer-focused personality

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Showroom timing: 10:30 AM–8:30 PM; working hours may extend while customers are being attended to.
Weekly off: Any one day between Monday and Friday.
Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends and most public holidays.
Regular customer-site and dealer visits are required.
Sales involvement is mandatory, but there is no individual sales target.

Candidates must ensure that the Rajarhat location, commute, working hours, site visits and sales responsibilities will not be a concern.

A relevant design portfolio is mandatory.
