Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a Technical Recruiter who can join immediately, with experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified IT candidates for US-based positions.
- Screen candidates and assess technical skills and experience.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and placement targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in US Technical Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
