- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Sales departments.
- Check availability of raw materials, components, manpower, and machine capacity before finalizing production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and ensure planned targets are achieved on time.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules, work orders, and planning reports.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, material shortages, and capacity constraints and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the purchasing/stores team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent overstocking or material shortages.
- Revise production plans when there are changes in customer orders, material availability, machine breakdowns, or production capacity.
- Maintain accurate production planning records and prepare performance reports.
- Analyze production data, productivity, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production delays, waste, and operating costs.




- Ensure production activities are aligned with company quality and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production planning systems/ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of MRP, BOM, inventory control, capacity planning, and production scheduling is an advantage.
