WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 3–7 Years
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound B2B calls and generate qualified leads for exhibitions & conferences
- Understand prospect requirements and qualify potential clients
- Schedule 3–4 qualified Zoom meetings every day for the Sales Team
- Follow up with prospects and create meaningful business opportunities
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/database
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation and meeting targets
What We're Looking For:
- 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B Sales or Lead Generation
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner
- Comfortable interacting with decision-makers and senior professionals
- Robust target orientation and follow-up skills
- Experience in Exhibitions, Events, Media, Advertising or B2B will be an advantage
