- Operate and monitor the boiler safely and efficiently as per SOP and statutory requirements.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, steam generation and fuel consumption.
- Handle boiler start-up, shutdown and normal operating procedures.
- Monitor and operate boiler auxiliaries such as pumps, fans, valves, feed-water systems and ash/fuel handling systems.
- Maintain proper combustion and ensure efficient boiler operation.
- Check boiler parameters and record readings in the daily log sheet.
- Monitor water quality and coordinate with the WTP/DM plant operator.
- Conduct regular inspection of boiler equipment and identify abnormalities, leakage, vibration or unusual sounds.




- Take immediate corrective action during operational abnormalities and inform the Senior Engineer/Supervisor.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and E&I; teams for smooth boiler operation.
- Assist during preventive maintenance, shutdown and breakdown activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping around the boiler and utility area.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and statutory boiler regulations.
- Ensure protected operation during emergency situations and follow emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
