We're hiring for Business Development Executive (Field) in Chennai location.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Field). The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective customers, promoting membership plans, converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sales activities.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the perks of premium membership plans.

- Meet prospective customers and explain membership plans and services.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Must be comfortable traveling within the assigned territory.

Eligibility

- 10th, 12th or Any Degree

- Fluent in Tamil language.

- 6 Months to 10 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.

- Fresher with a sales aptitude may also apply.

- A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
