Rahgir Travel Services is a travel company focused on providing hassle-free tour packages, hotel bookings, flight & bus tickets, and customer support for travelers across India.

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Support*: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp and chat queries from customers regarding bookings and travel plans.

2. *Booking Assistance*: Help customers with flight, hotel, bus, and tour package bookings.

3. *Complaint Resolution*: Address customer complaints and issues related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel changes promptly.

4. *Follow-ups*: Follow up with customers for confirmations, feedback, and future travel opportunities.

5. *Coordination*: Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

6. *Data Entry*:



Maintain customer records, booking details, and daily reports in CRM/Excel.

7. *Upselling*: Suggest relevant travel packages and offers to customers to increase sales.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

1. *Education*: 12th pass / Graduate.

2. *Communication* Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English

3. *Customer Handling*: Good customer service and problem-solving skills.

4. *Computer Skills*: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.

5. *Attitude*: Polite, patient, target-oriented, and willing to work in shifts.

6. *Experience*: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in travel, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
