Job Overview
We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing travel packages, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and package modifications.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other vendors.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and package offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
- Experience with lead follow-ups and sales conversion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience with a travel agency, tour operator, or travel company preferred.
