Job Summary:

Responsible for providing skilled hair cutting, styling, grooming, and hair treatment services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining salon hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform haircuts, trimming, styling, blow-drying, and hair finishing
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles based on their preferences
- Perform hair coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and other hair treatments
- Provide shampooing, conditioning, and basic scalp care services
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation
- Stay updated with current hairstyles, techniques, and grooming trends
- Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients
- Maintain professional relationships with regular customers
- Handle client feedback and ensure a positive salon experience
- Follow salon SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support the salon team during busy hours and special appointments

Skills Required:





- Strong hair cutting and styling skills
- Knowledge of hair coloring and treatments
- Good understanding of different hair types and textures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment

Qualification & Experience:

- Certificate/Diploma in Hair Dressing, Cosmetology, or Beauty & Wellness preferred
- 2–6 years of experience as a Hair Dresser / Hair Stylist
- Experience in a professional salon preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in premium salons, luxury salons, unisex salons, or beauty studios
- Knowledge of advanced hair treatments, modern styling, and trending haircuts is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
