Urban Acres is looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Expert to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across major social media platforms, a sharp understanding of digital trends, and the ability to turn editorial and industry content into engaging, high-performing digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Urban Acres' brand and business objectives.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Convert editorial stories, interviews, videos, industry insights, and events into engaging social media content.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, posts, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate closely with the Editorial, Design, Video, PR, and Business Development teams.
- Monitor platform performance, audience behaviour, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Identify trending formats, topics, conversations, and opportunities relevant to the built environment and media industry.
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and online brand communication.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, content distribution, and audience growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate ideas,



strategies, reports, and campaign requirements clearly and professionally in English.
- Robust understanding of content strategy, digital storytelling, and brand communication.
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital performance marketing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Creative, proactive, and highly responsive.
- Strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of social media initiatives.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Data-driven while maintaining strong creative judgement.
- Experience in media, real estate, architecture, infrastructure, publishing, or B2B brands will be an added advantage.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
