Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and technically inclined Helper Technician to assist technicians in routine motorcycle servicing, repairs, cleaning, and workshop activities while following Royal Enfield service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Technicians in servicing and repairing Royal Enfield motorcycles.
- Support technicians during dismantling, fitting, and replacement of motorcycle parts.
- Assist with routine maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning, lubrication, and basic inspections.
- Arrange and provide required tools, equipment, and spare parts to technicians.
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Assist in moving and positioning motorcycles safely within the workshop.
- Support technicians in identifying basic mechanical and technical issues.
- Follow instructions given by the Technician, Service Advisor, and Workshop Supervisor.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, parts, and workshop equipment.
- Follow all workshop safety procedures and Royal Enfield service standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and discipline within the workshop.
- Support other workshop activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Automobile / Mechanical qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge or interest in motorcycles and mechanical work.
- Willingness to learn motorcycle servicing and repair.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop setting.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
