Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Nagpur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos, selecting clips, trimming sequences, and ensuring smooth transitions that align with project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include color grading, integrating motion graphics and easy graphic elements, syncing audio, and refining pacing and visual style to match brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, and designers, following creative briefs, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.



The Video Editor will also help optimize videos for various platforms, maintain organized project files, and provide creative input throughout the production process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including experience working with industry-standard editing software.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance and maintain consistent visual tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create and integrate titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, with a portfolio demonstrating completed video projects.
- Candidates should have familiarity with different video formats and social media platforms, and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills are required, with the ability to respond to feedback constructively.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
