About Vinde Tradex

Vinde Tradex (DB GROUP) is a rapidly growing wholesale garment company dealing in premium imported clothing from Japan and Europe. We supply wholesalers and retailers across India and are expanding our sales team.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who is a master at closing deals over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to convert high-quality leads generated through our Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and digital marketing campaigns into confirmed wholesale orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

- Handle all inbound leads generated through social media and digital marketing.
- Contact new leads immediately via phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up consistently until the deal is closed.

Sales & Closing

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed wholesale orders.
- Negotiate confidently and close deals over phone calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products whenever possible.
- Handle customer objections professionally.

Customer Relationship

- Provide complete product information and pricing.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure repeat business from existing customers.
- Build a strong customer database for future sales.

CRM & Reporting

- Update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Maintain proper follow-up records.




- Submit daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team after order confirmation.

Preferred Experience

- Proven track record of closing sales over phone calls.
- Experience handling Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or website-generated leads.
- Experience in the garment or wholesale industry will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management will be an added advantage.
