We are looking for senior construction professionals to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects.
- Manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Drive project planning, execution, and overall delivery.
- Resolve site and project-level challenges effectively.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.
- 20+ years of relevant construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience in India.
- Strong contractor-side experience with a reputed construction company.
- Proven experience handling large-scale high-rise residential projects.
- Solid leadership, team management, and project execution skills.
