About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Relay Testing Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and functionality of HT (up to 33kV) and LT (up to 800V) electrical panels through hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct electrical testing: Continuity, IR, HV,



interlocking, control circuits, relay settings (Omicron), and full functional testing
- Perform quality checks on materials, components, and enclosures
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and provide corrective actions
- Maintain detailed testing reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with IS/IEC/ANSI standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with design and production teams for issue resolution
- Participate in customer inspections, FATs, and third-party witness testing
- Stay updated with new testing equipment and standards

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1–4 years of experience in panel testing or electrical QA
- Hands-on with Primary & Secondary Injection Kits, Megger, Multimeter, and Omicron Relay Testing Kit
- Familiarity with IEC/IS standards for MV/LV panels
- Strong understanding of electrical components and protection schemes
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Adherence to safety protocols and work procedures
