Graphic Designer – Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing / Creative
Reports to: Creative Director / Marketing Manager

Role Summary

Create visually compelling designs across digital and print media that align with brand identity and support marketing, product, and content goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design graphics for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and print materials
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity (logos, color palettes, typography)
- Create marketing collateral: brochures, banners, presentations, packaging
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Edit and retouch photos/images as needed
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare files for print and digital publishing (correct formats, resolutions, color modes)

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design (adjust per seniority)




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva ,
- AI technology rather than simply generating AI images. The candidate should be able to take an idea or brief and turn it into a polished, professional design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design range and creativity
- Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (preferred, not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with UI/UX design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Employment Details
