About the Role:
As a WordPress Developer, you will design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites primarily using WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and other modern web tools.

You'll work closely with our design and project teams to transform Figma designs, wireframes, and concepts into functional websites.

This is a fully remote position. You will work from your own location, with online communication and collaboration being the standard. Occasional in-person meetings may be required for team discussions, training, planning, or other business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor and other design tools
- Build and maintain e-commerce websites using WooCommerce
- Convert Figma, Photoshop, wireframes, and other design mockups into responsive, pixel-accurate websites
- Create website prototypes and wireframes using Figma when required
- Write clean, organized, well-documented HTML, CSS, and PHP code
- Create custom post types on WordPress as required
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, APIs, forms, payment gateways, CRMs, analytics platforms, and other business systems
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs or performance issues
- Continuously improve and maintain existing websites
- Implement on-page SEO best practices during website development
- Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance
- Follow basic technical SEO best practices and ensure websites are structured for search engines
- Understand project requirements and deliver assigned work within agreed deadlines
- Communicate clearly and proactively about project progress, questions, risks, and blockers
- Follow company processes, development standards, and quality-control procedures
- Learn and adopt new tools, technologies, platforms, and workflows when required
- Be comfortable learning technologies that you may not already know

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3




- Working knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.
- Experience creating or working with Figma wireframes and website prototypes
- Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce website development
- Understanding of on-page SEO best practices
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Strong attention to detail
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet agreed deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Shopify
- Webflow
- Photoshop
- DNS, hosting, cPanel, and website migration
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Search Console
- Technical SEO
- Basic UI/UX design
- AI-assisted development and productivity tools

Remote Work Requirements

As this is a fully remote position, you are responsible for maintaining a professional and reliable work setup.

You must have:

- A reliable desktop computer or laptop capable of comfortably running modern web browsers, Figma, WordPress/Elementor, design tools, development tools, and AI applications simultaneously.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for video meetings, cloud-based development, file transfers, and daily collaboration.
- A suitable workspace where you can work with minimal interruptions.
