Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns focused on leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for performance-focused ad creatives.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Good knowledge of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
- Understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
