- Support implementation and maintain PATROM norms (road safety norms) at of heavy goods vehicles.n
- Various transport audit coordination for the company and transporter followed by gap analysis, and action plan monitoring.n
- Support as transport safety fleet manager in establishing the PATROM worthy fleet with timely completion of induction, vetting and safety checks as per business needsn
- Conduct periodic/surprise vehicle inspections and participate in accident/incident investigations and RCA.n
- Drive zero-accident culture across fleet operationsn
- Coordinate for policy deployment and system harmonization across all vendor bases (transportation and other vendors)n
- Ensure routine up-keep and regular maintenance of company deployed safety equipment (OBC, IVMS, TX Trailer, etc).n

Fleet Management
nManage vehicle induction, acceptance, and commissioning process.
nMonitor fleet roadworthiness, vehicle compliance, and statutory certifications.
nConduct vehicle vetting and Secure-to-Load compliance checks.
nMaintain and communicate approved vehicle lists.
nEnsure fleet availability to meet operational requirements.

nEnsure compliance with PATROM, company standards, and local regulations.
nConduct periodic and surprise vehicle inspections.
