CORPORATE SALES/ CORPORATE BUSINESS GROUP

nWe are hiring for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager/ General Manager/Assistant Vice President – Corporate Sales (General Insurance – Commercial) for our Bengaluru office.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have 7–15 years of experience in corporate/commercial insurance sales, with strong expertise in Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Employee Benefits , and a proven track record in large account acquisition, key account management, and CXO-level relationship management.
n
nThe role includes driving regional business growth, managing insurer relationships, and ensuring solid adherence to IRDAI and broking standards.

n1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors.n




- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.n
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients.n

n2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.n
- Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience.n

n3. Market & Product Knowledge

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices.n
- Stay updated with IRDAIn

n4.Sales Planning & Reporting

- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.n
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head.n
- Participate in business review meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.n
