- Own the creative direction end-to-end, shaping how the brand looks, feels, speaks, and shows upn
- Lead and mentor teams across copy, design, production, and editingn
- Turn big ideas into distinctive, culturally relevant work that feels unmistakably the brandn
- Partner with brand, marketing, growth, product, and leadership to make creative a core part of brand buildingn
- Lead external creative partners and production teams when neededn
- Balance long-term brand building with the pace of a fast-growing businessn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 14–20 years of experience, primarily across creative agenciesn




- Exceptional taste and a robust creative POVn
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across copy, design, production & editingn
- Fashion / athleisure / lifestyle / beauty / D2C experience is a strong plus, not mandatoryn

- Can zoom out to define the creative vision and zoom in when the work needs your eyen
- You're as comfortable shaping a brand platform as you are giving feedback on a frame, headline, or editn
