nROLE SUMMARY
nWe are looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to lead EverydaySmile's growth across Lucknow and major cities of Uttar Pradesh. This is a dual-mandate role: you will sell EverydaySmile's healthcare consulting and growth services to hospitals and clinics, and sell our Pressure Injector product to diagnostic centers equipped with CT-Scan facilities. If you understand healthcare sales, build trust quickly, and are energized by being on the road meeting decision-makers face-to-face, this role is built for you.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nBusiness Development — Hospital & Clinic Services
n• Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals and clinics across Lucknow and key UP cities for EverydaySmile's healthcare consulting,



operations, and growth programs
n• Build and nurture robust relationships with hospital owners, administrators, and doctors
n• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients
n• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both client sign-ups and Pressure Injector sales
nProduct Sales — Pressure Injector (Diagnostic Centers)
n• Identify and engage diagnostic and imaging centers with CT-Scan facilities across the assigned territory
n• Present and sell the Pressure Injector product to relevant decision-makers
n• Coordinate product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close sales
n• Maintain long-term relationships to support repeat business, servicing needs, and referrals
nTerritory Management & Travel
n• Own and grow the business pipeline across Lucknow and major cities of Uttar Pradesh
n• Travel extensively within the assigne
