nRole Overview:
nNOVO is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to expand its corporate insurance business in Kolkata. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build solid relationships with corporate clients, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance products and services.n
- Develop and execute business-development strategies to achieve sales targets.n
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, finance, procurement, and senior management teams.n
- Understand clients’ risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.n
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and responses to client requirements.n




- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and closure.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.n
- Coordinate with insurers, brokers, underwriting teams, and internal departments.n
- Support policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling across existing corporate accounts.n
- Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.n

nCandidate Profile:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance sales.n
- Strong understanding of corporate insurance products, sales processes, and client servicing.n
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and acquire corporate accounts.n
- Established corporate network in Kolkata or Eastern India is
