This role requires extensive field work and customer interaction.Key Responsibilities : Generate leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, references, and local marketing activities.Identify potential residential customers for rooftop solar installations.Educate customers about solar energy benefits, electricity bill savings, ROI, net metering,
and government subsidy schemes.Conduct customer meetings and preliminary site assessments.Analyze electricity bills and recommend suitable solar system capacities.explain quotations, proposals, and financing options.Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and project execution.Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and close sales opportunities.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Maintain CRM records, daily visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.Build and maintain solid customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.Customer-focused approach.Lead generation and closing skills.Ability to work independently in the field.Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
