You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create blueprints and frameworks that align with our company’s goals and client needs.Key Responsibilities:Ø Documenting projects for construction and permitting; Ø Assisting with conceptual design, construction documents, material research, code analysis, and preliminary specifications; Ø Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents; Ø Attending project team meetings; Ø Preparing and developing design imagery for presentation materials; Ø Presentational development of proposals, designs, sketches and technical documentation for the client; Ø Establishment &Assembly; of drawing sets and company drawing standards; Ø Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities,



following up appropriately; Ø Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with sensitive client information.Ø Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.Ø Learn new technologies in AR/VR and keep updated with new software.Qualifications:Ø Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) - MandatoryØ Job Type: Full-timeØ Salary: up to 3 LPARequirements:Ø 2 years of professional experienceØ Freshers are also invitedØ Familiarity with Creative and Design Tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Canva, Autodesk Maya Ø Working knowledge of building codes and other design codesØ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, and EnscapeØ Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.Ø AI & Emerging Technologies: AI Tools for Design & Visualisation, ChatGPT / Generative AI Tools.Interested candidates should submit a resume, and a portfolio showcasing previous projects is highly desirable.
