We work closely with our clients, and most of our business begins with a conversation.About the roleThis is not a sales role. You will not be closing deals or handling negotiations. Our showroom sales team does that.Your job is to get clients through the door. We receive a steady flow of enquiries from online channels and other sources, and your day revolves around calling those leads, having a warm and professional conversation, and booking them for an appointment with our sales team. You are the first voice of Shri Paramani Jewels, and the bridge between an enquiry and a visit.What you'll doCall inbound leads and enquiries received through online and offline channelsUnderstand what the client is looking for and answer basic questions about visiting usSchedule appointments and coordinate timings with the in-office sales teamFollow up with leads who didn't answer, asked to be called later,



or didn't turn upMaintain transparent records of every call, outcome, and appointmentShare daily and weekly updates on leads called and appointments bookedWhat we're looking forComfortable speaking on the phone for most of the working dayClear, polite spoken English. You don't need to be flawless, but you should be able to hold a conversation confidently with an English-speaking clientAbility to read, write, and understand English well enough to handle notes, messages, and follow-upsFluent in HindiOrganised and consistent. Following up reliably matters more here than being cleverBasic comfort with WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets, and a computerFreshers are welcome.
