The company is building solutions across silage, agricultural machinery and allied farm solutions, with a solid focus on enabling farmers and dairy businesses through technology, mechanisation and organised distribution.About the RoleWe are looking for a General Manager – Sales to lead and scale the company’s Agricultural Machinery and Silage businesses.The role will be responsible for driving overall sales growth, expanding dealer and distributor networks, developing institutional business, strengthening rural market penetration and leading a high-performing sales organisation.The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience across farm equipment, tractors, agricultural machinery, silage, cattle feed, agri-inputs or allied sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.What You Will DriveOverall sales strategy and business growth across Machinery & SilageExpansion and management of dealer/distributor networksRural,
