The position requires someone with strong comprehension, excellent follow-through, sound judgment and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack priorities, action items, commitments and follow-ups arising from the Director’s OfficeConvert discussions and verbal instructions into clear tasks and next stepsCoordinate with internal teams, senior employees, consultants and external stakeholdersFollow up on timelines, deliverables and pending matters until closureMaintain structured trackers and provide concise status updatesPrepare meeting notes, summaries and action pointsIdentify delays,
