We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Director – Revenue Cycle Management to join a growing US Healthcare Medical Billing & RCM startup in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end RCM operations, with a proven track record of directly managing US healthcare providers and leading a team of 50+ employees across Coding, Billing and AR.

Key Requirements

5–10 years of leadership/management experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.

Proven experience handling US healthcare providers directly.

Experience managing 50+ employees across Medical Coding, Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Strong knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.

Experience in Claims, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals and Account Resolution.

Strong experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality and collections.

Excellent client management and escalation-handling skills.





Ability to build and implement SOPs, workflows and process improvements.

Experience in building, managing and scaling RCM teams.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.

Should be comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and accountability.

Leadership Expectations

The selected candidate will take ownership of end-to-end RCM operations and work closely with the company's leadership to build, manage, optimize and scale the RCM business.

Candidates who have built or scaled an RCM operation, managed 50+ member teams, and have direct US provider/client-facing experience will be given solid preference.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
