We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Trainee to support sales documentation, tender preparation, customer coordination, and data management activities. The role involves assisting the sales team with backend sales operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start a career in Inside Sales and IT/software sales.

- Maintain and update customer and sales data in the system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities.

- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and tender-related documentation.

- Support day-to-day backend sales operations and documentation

- Follow up on inquiries, campaigns, and existing leads.

Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

- Willingness to learn and build a career in Inside Sales.
