QC Executive – Home Textiles

Location: Karur, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5+ years in Home Textile Quality Control / Export Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Tamil

Concept Clothing Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a sourcing and buying agency working with international brands and retailers, is looking for an experienced QC Executive to manage quality across our home textile production in Karur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality control from sampling and development through bulk production and final inspection.
- Inspect fabrics, samples, production processes and finished goods against buyer specifications.
- Check product construction, measurements, GSM, colour, workmanship, finishing, packing and overall quality.
- Coordinate closely with factories, production teams and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure production meets export-market quality, compliance and customer requirements.
- Conduct in-line, mid-production and final inspections and maintain inspection reports.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved before shipment.




- Support the merchandising/sourcing team with technical and quality inputs during product development.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years' experience in QC / quality assurance within the home textile export industry.
- Strong knowledge of home textile products, fabrics, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing and stitching.
- Good understanding of export quality standards, buyer requirements and social/compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, AQL and quality documentation.
- Good understanding of the home textile supply chain and factory production processes.
- Must be fluent in both English and Tamil.
- Willing to travel locally between factories and suppliers in the Karur region.
- Robust attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
