Role

You will be in front of the company and will have the dedication to support the customers on the use of our products in the customers’ environment. This role also requires to provide a solution to the customer through guidance, hand holding and advisory on the correct usage of the Goldstab additives for their products

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through supporting sales and forging strong relationships with clients and associated partners such as Agents or Distributors.

Responsibilities

· Develop growth strategy in designated products focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Maintain and enhance existing customer business by providing insights into customer’s business requirements and their future strategy to Sales Team

· Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting client’s objectives





· Provide technical support and address customer needs

· Provide market and customer feedback and after-service support

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers

· Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geography

Essential Requirements

- The candidate must have a thorough understanding and practical knowledge of Cable Compound Testing as per IS-5831.
- Should be capable of understanding the specific requirements of different types of cables, including Congo, OHS, Tensile Strength, and Aging properties.
- Must be proficient in cable compounding and know how to enhance the properties of a particular grade of compound.
- Should be willing to work in Business Development and Technical Services

· Proven relevant working experience of 8 to 10 years in customer support who manufactures PVC Pipes, PVC flexible cables, foam boards. Window profiles

· Proven customer support track record with at least 2 years of achieving high customer satisfaction

· Ability to take independent trials and resolve all types of customer issues

· Positive understanding of PVC Market, PVC products, Chemistry of polymer

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM

· Hand-on experience on shop floor in machine operations

· Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one South Indian language

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to build rapport at various levels in customer’s organization as well as in the Company

· BE / B Tech in Plastics / Chemical from a reputed institute

Desirable Requirements

1. Experience in sales of Stabilizers and Stearates or Master Batch will be a definite advantage

2. Experience of customer liaising and sales activities

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
