Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Import & Customs Manager with a valid G-Card to manage end-to-end import/export operations, customs clearance, documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with customs authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, ports, CFS/ICD and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian customs procedures, import/export documentation, customs compliance, HS classification, duty assessment and EXIM regulations, along with proven team-management experience.

Required Skills

- Valid G-Card / Customs Broker authorization as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Customs procedures and EXIM documentation.
- Good understanding of HSN/HS classification, customs valuation and duty structures.
- Knowledge of DGFT, Foreign Trade Policy, GST and related regulatory requirements.
- Solid documentation and compliance skills.
- Excellent coordination,



communication and negotiation skills.
- Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and customs/EXIM portals.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities under strict timelines.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field. A qualification in Customs/EXIM or Logistics will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Import/Export, Customs Clearance, EXIM Operations or Customs Compliance.
- Prior experience in a managerial/team-lead role preferred.
- Experience dealing directly with Customs authorities and handling complex clearance matters preferred.
