About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage execution on our premium residential interior projects with greater independence.

Responsibilities

- Execute projects from GFC drawings with minimal supervision
- Manage contractors and labor teams; approve stage completions
- Run daily site progress tracking and proactively flag delays
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the design team on execution gaps
- Handle client site visits professionally

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on residential interior/fit-out projects
- Working knowledge of GFC drawings and contractor coordination
- Based in Bengaluru; willing to travel across sites
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
