- Converting client requirement into technically sound, cost effective and comparative proposals.
- Techno-commercial bid preparation and RFQ analysis
- FRP equipment design and calculation as per standards
- Process-based material selection and solution design
- BOM preparation and project cost optimization
- Datasheets, drawings, and compliance documentation
- Technical coordination with clients and BDM team
- Ensuring adherence to ASME/ASTM/industry norms
- Design handover and cross-functional execution support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for FRP products such as tanks, vessels, scrubbers, ducts, and piping systems.
- Perform design calculations considering mechanical loads, chemical compatibility,
and applicable standards.
- Review RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements
- Develop and review GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQ.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for costing and feasibility analysis.
- Ensure designs and proposals comply with relevant international standards
- Communicate with clients for technical clarifications and value engineering
- Provide support during project execution phase if required
- Able to read tender documents and prepare offer accordingly.
