Role Summary:

Manager in compensation team to review compensation and make analysis of decision taken with objective. Preparation of monthly earning analysis. Input for intervention. Design R&R; initiatives to drive behaviour towards compensation. Professionally qualified with experience in managing MIS and Analytics. Should have knowledge of Agency Channel architecture. Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Creative & self-starter.

Key Contributions

ï. Review compensation-related decisions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, policies, and market competitiveness.

ï. Conduct detailed analysis of compensation movements and provide insights on the effectiveness of decisions taken.

ï. Prepare and publish monthly earnings analysis reports, highlighting key trends, exceptions, and recommendations.

Provide analytical inputs and recommendations for compensation interventions, including salary revisions, incentives, and retention measures.

ï. Design, implement, and monitor Recognition & Reward (R&R;) initiatives to drive desired employee behaviors and business outcomes.
