We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Staffing Sales, MSP, and GCC business development.

What We're Looking For:

13+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Business Development

Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation

Solid experience working with MSPs, GCCs, and direct clients

Experience handling both IT & Non-IT clients

Strong understanding of Contract Staffing, C2H, and Permanent Staffing

Excellent network with HR, Procurement, TA, MSP, and GCC decision-makers

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills

Ability to independently generate leads, close new accounts, and achieve revenue targets

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new MSP, GCC,



and direct clients

Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline

Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers

Develop business across IT & Non-IT staffing

Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures

Drive new account acquisition and revenue growth

Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion

Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams for successful client onboarding
