- Provide support to tickets raised by Customer
- Should be able to handle escalations
- Manage team of 10-15 people.
- Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.
- Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion
- Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Review functional/technical work accomplished by the team.
