- Responsible for the complete Datacenter infra (Preferably, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background with exposure in electrical) based out of South Region.
- Should be able to prepare the budget plans, aligning with the team and responsible for achieving the given targets.
- Driving and monitoring key market development programs. He/She will be responsible for planning and implementation of the Sales Strategies, policies and guidelines in line with the overall business strategies of Datacentre Business (infra)
- Analyse and evaluate market conditions and identifying strategic business opportunities for products and solutions through key customer surveys analyzing their planned investments budgets and other available sources
- Ensuring an effective sales setup in the south India Region, capitalizing synergies through collaboration within and across Aurionpro units.
- Develops and maintain valuable relationship with top management and key decision makers / stakeholders in customer organization.
- Actively support the sales team throughout the sales cycle and leads techno-commercial negotiations for key opportunities.
Role Description :
- The Solutions Sales Manager will find customers and will close orders. In the process, he will build excellent relationships and grow the business by more than industry growth rate.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Total 15 years Experience and minimum 5+ years of experience of selling Datacenter solutions to banking and financial/Enterprise segment, with a good track record.
- Engineer and/or MBA, with a good academic record.
- Must have a strong inter-personal and business relationship with at least 15 of his/her existing customers.
