- Ability to work with and contribute to the dev team on technical aspects.
- Robust on OOPS concepts and Core Java
- Has expertise on web-based applications using JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
- Should have expertise on Struts framework or Java Server Faces (JSF), Struts preferable
- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and should have expertise on Oracle database
- Knowledge of UML or any other standard modeling tool though not necessary but will be preferred. His depth will vary based on experience
- In depth knowledge on application servers like WebLogic & WebSphere will be an add on
- Good to have, knowledge on other development tools like ANT, JUNIT, Cruise Control etc
- Good Communication Skills
