- Manage the requirement cycle diligently.
- Formulate solution designs and incorporate review inputs on designs.
- Plan work size, organize delivery schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Monitor and track progress on tasks, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Review technical work accomplished by the team.
- Implement relevant industry best practices in software development or customization as required.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance their skill set.
- Develop and execute a personalized development plan.
