This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and operational health of business-critical applications and platforms. Thesuccessfulcandidatewillpartnerwithapplicationdevelopment,infrastructure,database,cybersecurity,andbusinessteamstoproactivelyidentifyrisks,resolveproductionissues,driveoperationalimprovements,andimproveoverallservicereliability.

InThisRole,YouWill

- Leadcomplexproductionsupportandoperationalinitiativesacrossmultiplebusiness-criticalapplications.
- Serveasatechnicalescalationpointduringmajorincidentsandservicedisruptions.
- Monitorapplicationperformance,systemavailability,batchprocessing,interfaces,anddataflowstoensureoperationalstability.

RequiredQualifications

- 4+yearsofexperienceinSystemsOperationsEngineering,ApplicationSupportEngineering,ProductionSupport,SiteReliabilityEngineering,orequivalentexperiencedemonstratedthroughworkexperience,militaryexperience,training,oreducation.
