About Data Analytics (DA)

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve

- Experience in advisory / consulting in data governance




- Good understanding of different data governance standards especially GDPR/ NDMO / DAMA
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in using tools like Collibra, AXON, EDC
- Develop and implement a robust data governance framework using Collibra / Informatica IDC / AXON
- Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to define data ownership, data quality standards and classification.
- Create and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Work with multiple stakeholders on Data Quality & Data Security aspects

Responsibilities:

- Data Governance Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management, quality, and security of organizational data assets.
- Metadata Management: Design and maintain metadata repositories, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data assets, including data definitions, lineage, and usage.
- Data Quality Management: Collaborate with data quality experts to implement data quality rules, validation processes, and data cleansing procedures to maintain high-quality data standards.
- Data Security: Work closely with security teams to enforce data security protocols, access controls, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.

What were looking

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering from a reputed university.
- Over 18-26 years in Data Governance.
- Experience in Financial Services or any other Regulatory industry is preferred
- Experience in Data & Analytics preferred
