- Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Actively participate in production meetings with the product development team
- Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resources for various projects
- Develop Test plan for various tasks, dependencies, limitations, risks and obtain support from all stakeholders
- Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
- Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained as per company quality management system
- Escalate the issues about project requirements related to Software, Hardware and Resources to appropriate stakeholder
- Organize the status meetings and get the Status Report (Daily, Weekly) from testing resource • Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
- Review various reports prepared by Test engineers
- Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard and Defect prevention report at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
- Track and prepare the report of testing artefacts such as testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
