We are seeking for Experienced QA Technologist to share his valuable knowledge in our passion for data, uncovering actionable insights, and continuous measurable improvement.

Job Description

- Position Title: QA Engineer – Web Analytics
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a QA Engineer.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the quality assurance of website analytics tagging and third-party tags added via tag managers, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data collection.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive QA documentation and processes, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, build, and implement tools to automate the QA process, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness in testing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results to validate existing functionalities and identify areas for corrective action and process enhancement.
- Monitor and ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes within the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and data processing systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the QA process continuously.

Skills And Qualifications

- Skilled in QA methodologies, tools, and processes (such as ObservePoint & Omnibug).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience
