About position:

A responsible person who manages vendors, contracts, audits, risks, and compliance for CX platforms while monitoring performance, SLAs, KPIs, security, and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

- Own vendor and provider governance across the CX platform portfolio.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, obligations, renewals and performance follow-up.
- Coordinate audit preparation, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
- Run governance forums and steering boards with clear decisions and actions.
- Drive risk, compliance and control management with Audit, Security, Legal and Procurement.
- Maintain oversight of SLAs, KPIs, SOC reports and regulatory evidence.

What makes you a good fit:

- Relevant degree with minimum experience of 5+ years in technology governance, provider management or IT service management.
- Strong expertise in governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
- Proven vendor, contract and service-performance management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with audits, controls, evidence and remediation follow-up.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Structured,
