Position: Service Advisor

Location: Madhavaram Chennai

Experience: From 6 months experience can apply

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare service job cards and explain service details to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
- Update customers on service status and estimated completion time.
- Explain completed work and deliver vehicles to customers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and follow company procedures.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and service teams.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
